This class is an introduction to both music and acting fundamentals. The first half of the class focuses on learning the building blocks for music. Students learn basic rhythm patterns, simple songs with movement and are introduced to the music staff and music notation. The second half is centered around learning the first steps of performing on stage. Students learn confidence performing in front of others on their own and in a group as well as the importance of stage blocking, proper voice projection, and character building. This class will participate in our Recitals in February and June. *If your child would like to opt out of performing in either of our recitals, please let the front desk know as soon as possible so our staff can accommodate for this in their casting!
Mondays: 3:15pm to 4:00pm
In this class, students explore three of the most important aspects of stage performance: singing, choreography, and acting. Students will work with various excerpts of popular musical theatre songs and scenes, introducing them to both contemporary and classic productions. The students will then work on 2 musicals in the school year, including set and costume design. The teachers will then select appropriate music for their musicals to sing and learn the choreography, which are presented at our Winter and Summer Recitals!

We offer Musical Theatre Group classes to the following groups: K-8yrs & 9-15yrs
Thursdays: 4:00 to 5:30pm
Thursdays: 5:30 to 7:30pm
Work from the ground up to be the best performer you can be! Students will learn the basic building blocks of acting: proper voice technique, character building, using the space onstage, and accessing emotion. Using excerpts and scenes from various plays, students will work towards a short performance. This class will participate in our Recitals in February and June. *If your child would like to opt out of performing in either of our recitals, please let the front desk know as soon as possible so our staff can accommodate for this in their casting!
Mondays: 4:00 to 5:00pm
In this class, students are exposed to the critical knowledge needed to navigate through Vancouver's acting industry and be shown the skills necessary to increase the chances of success as a working actor/actress. Using scenes from various films and television shows, students will learn the basics of acting, how to adjust for the camera, audition process, and the ins and outs of being on-set.
This class runs from September through the end of June.
Our Film and Television classes may intake new students at the beginning of each month, our other group classes accept new students at any time, so we could get you started in class as soon as next week!

Become a guitar expert!
This 7-week long course teaches beginner students the basics of guitar, while focusing on reading standard music notation and tablature, tuning, basic chords, melodies and scales, etc. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of music and chords while learning to play some of their favourite popular songs. No previous experience is required.
*Students are required to provide their own guitar.
Intro to Guitar- 9 - 12yrs
6:00 - 7:00pm / Tuition: $230 (7 weeks)

Policies and Procedures
Tuition is due on the first of each month; we accept payment by preauthorized Visa or MasterCard, debit, cash, E-transfer and post-dated cheques. A yearly one-time charge of $30.00 per student will be due upon signing up to cover registration fees.
Most families find it is easiest to leave a credit card on file with us so our autopay system can automatically charge your card each month. Otherwise, tuition can be paid however is most convenient for you! Typically, we send receipts via email upon request after a payment has been made. Please note, a late fee of $35.00 will be added to any tuition that remains outstanding for 1 week past due.
We ask that students, parents or guardians reach out to us by phone, email or text notifying us of any absences.
We have a 2 month minimum enrolment policy, and a 1 month cancellation policy to terminate lessons. Lessons cannot be cancelled at the end of the school year in May or June. We require written confirmation for cancellation. *We do not offer pause in the schedule, if you need to take an extended leave, please cancel your classes and contact us when ready to return*
